They’ve consistently rewarded people what they’re owed with a few hiccups here and there but like a 99% success rate.

Right I was in reference to the when things go wrong they fix it and reward people what they are owed.

Even then they don't do it in a timely manner and there are still people waiting to get the contest mode raid emblem from crota.

The contest mode emblem is def fixed at this point anyone who says otherwise most likely didn’t do all encounters as raid report wouldn’t know better on that. But yes they are slow with stuff like this unfortunately.
