Need Support: my Cross Save not working :(

Greetings. I am posting my problem once more, as it seems it's been lost among the new topics. I've recently launched D2 for the first time on the Epic platform, with my Steam being the main platform in Cross-Save. But no matter what I do, it won't let me play my character, and I have to create a new one. I have double-checked my cross-save settings, I have the correct set of Guardians chosen and the correct accounts bound. So, what am I missing? It shows the correct ID when launching on Epic – [b]mr.Kingslay#9889.[/b] says that Cross-Save is enabled, yet it won't allow me to access my content (my characters or season pass). I have contacted the Epic Store support team, and they have confirmed that indeed my account is connected to Bungie. I really don't want to go and try to disable cross-save and wait for 90 days before I try and get some clarifications here. Thank you in advance
