I was online last night (9/16/23) and transferred a Fixed Odds from my vault to my hunter the machine never made it to my hunter and is no longer in my vault per the app, DIM, and manually going to an in-game vault terminal and looking for it. It never showed up on any of my other characters. I figured maybe it got lost in limbo and would find its way back to my vault after some time. Am I out of luck and is it just gone for good now?
