A few months ago I bought Lightfall for my son. Two days ago I bought Lightfall + Annual Pass so he could access the seasonal content. After purchasing, the seasonal content does not show up for him at all. No Salvages, Deep Dives, Defiant Battlegrounds, or fishing. When he goes to the Season 21 tab, the bottom row of items is still disabled and it has an advertisement banner telling us to purchase the season. We restarted the game, restarted the PS5, verified the purchase in the transaction history, and then contacted PlayStation support. They also had me restore the licenses for all the games, but the seasonal content is not showing up. Finally, they told me to contact Bungie support and said they will help. He is devastated that he can't access any of the activities and his guardian is currently standing at the fishing spot in the EDZ watching everyone else fish. Please help us figure this out.
