Went to buy a ornament for the new exotic, But an error message popped up, so I backed out and tried again the second time. The purchase went through, but on my bank account it says it charged me the first time and the second time so I was double charged even though I shouldn’t have. I received nothing the first time it gave me the error message, so why was $10 taken from me? I just want a refund for something that I didn’t purchase, the first time. The second time I got the silver and that’s fine. But not the first one though. Please help. Thanks.

Since you only wanted one purchase - contact platform support as they'll need to refund the transaction that didn't fully go through.
