Want change? Stop playing.
All these complaints.
All these issues.
I’m convinced. I get it. It’s all real.
It’s a disaster.
A disaster of a company. A disaster of an FPS
Industry. There are no good FPS games anymore.
Let’s put the tin foil hat on.
The hype. The news. Witch Queen was the last of it. A teaser when they knew it was all going downhill. Technology wouldn’t be able to keep up anymore. The sell to Sony just to stay afloat so the guys at the top could retire comfortably.
It’s all sham.
We have all been scammed.
But we bought it anyway.
How many hours do we all have invested? How much ducking money?
The sad truth…. They know that most of PVE base won’t quit. Especially the Base of players and streamers that are dedicated to the game and make money from the game. Streamers will promote this game like their life depends on it. The Immortal Adept was a lifeline with record Trials players trying and failing to get a gun that repeatedly had players getting ducking dumped on by the gun they were pursing game after game.
Will any of you really quit? Even with your countless complaints on these forums. I haven’t played for 3 days now and I continue to do so. What the duck will you do? Because as long as those player hours continue to meet quota and the people keep buying “community made” stuff for guns and armor. So long as Eververse and people complain but KEEP PLAYING. Nothing will change. Let the streamers do their thing. Duck them.
I dare you all to stop playing and go play something else. Do you even have it in you? Or have you just invested too much and the grind runs too deep…. You just…….can’t……..leave……..
You want change?
Stop consuming their products.
Maybe change will actually happen.

Destiny used to be my favorite game. Kinda sad to see it just go down in flames like this. Haven't played in months. Kinda miss kicking it with my friends it was kinda like a buddies around the bar Kinda thing. But the continuous recycling taking weapons away lack of anything creative just finally made me break this addictive toxic relationship I had with this game. Remember when they said become legend, yea they through that out the window long time ago.....Sad actually.

1 commentaireAh but I didn't buy it. I enjoyed the Witch Queen and it's first couple of seasons. The last season where they made an power capped 3 person activity didn't interest me and I quit. I have been enjoying my time with other games since then. Game Pass has kept me busy.

There was once a moba like none ever before and it was Paragon, it was amazing in the beginning but as time went on it got worse and the company abandoned it in favor of fortnite which made money and was less stressful. I'm not a fan of Bungie leadership but my disdain for the Bungie leadership should not be held against the workers being forced to undeliverable and ruin destiny in favor of this new ip. I feel WE as the community should hit Bungie with the same offer Raz gave the traveler. We will kill your game now if you don't give us what we want and when we want within a weeks time at all times and we all need to let them know we ain't buying matter. Witch queen is the best dlc they ever made but they chopped it up and purposely sabatoged it so they could undeliver. They don't deserve the second chance that Fortnite gave Epic because unlike Epic Bungie absolutely will not refund their base and on that point we have to use the leverage we have or lose everything. Bungie no longer desires or prides themselves on making legendary games and the only remnant of bungie left is its music team.

I also personally feel it’s well worth the $8.33 a month I pay for access to all content and I have a blast playing. You’re correct though with your suggestion for those who hate the game currently. Stop playing if the game upsets you that much and makes you miserable. Move on to new horizons in the gaming world. Also don’t spend hours hanging on Bungie forums insisting on changes. It’s not working lol so maybe taking this players advice is a better approach. You couldn’t pay me to do something I hate. I’ll never understand the bash and play mentality. It’s completely hypocritical and clearly Bungie doesn’t care about the bashing if you’re still throwing your money at your screen.

How about this: I will keep playing Destiny 2 because I enjoy it. Those that don't enjoy playing it anymore....well, just move on to something else. Simple as that.

2 commentairesYou know you don`t have to go "cold turkey" off of Destiny.. I pulled out my D1 and fired it up a couple weeks ago.. Guess what..that old game is fun to play.. It`s what got me addicted to the Destiny franchise. So if you don`t want to just stop playing a game you`ve got years invested in.. DIG OUT YOUR D1 AND HAVE SOME FUN AGAIN.

I think I last played around 2 weeks ago. Also, I rarely play PvP, so I wouldn't be so sure a lot of casual PvE'ers aren't quitting as well due to the difficulty changes.
