Bullet sponge taken servitor. 2 Threshers and the tormentor on a tiny room. Wiped and get sent all the way back to the dam. No where near 200k. Not worth it and quit after wiping 2x at boss. No cover, hoards of ads and bullet sponges. Raids are easier than this garbage. I want to have my time playing be enjoyable not spending 30 plus mins trying to do a strike or story mission (last weeks desperate measures took my team close to 45mins to complete). Ridiculous.

1 commentaireIn a couple of days GM starts, better change to get 200K. Its the only one i have to do to, to get 200K for level 9.

2 commentairesThis is what happens when you balance the game around Well

3 commentairesIf you don't want to waste your time in an activity, lower the difficulty. Not everything is meant to be done in 10min and there is zero obligation for you to play the highest levels of content

1 commentaireModifié par Ray : 4/6/2023 3:28:01 PMIt was easy af lol. The revamp is awful tho. I’ll give you that The threshers are a non factor The tormentor isn’t even a mini boss, so you can blind, suspend, freeze, suppress, etc. It’s a joke tbh lol The meatball however. The fact that this MINI BOSS has more health than the final boss is beyond me. That makes no sense lol

Ridiculous.
It was pretty easy tbh. Use blinding nades or suspension in the tormentor room. Blinding also works on threshers. Blind them and then focus on them. Dps dump into the final boss. They didn’t add health gates and it still has a low total health amount. Using a well lets you ignore the adds in the room. If you don’t want to use well, the adds are pretty weak, so weapons that specialize in add clear should do a good job at clearing them out.

2 commentairesSkill issue. Its easy. The pyramid thing in the final boss room respawns when the boss health drops and when too much time passes at low health. Ignoring them will keep the outer part of the arena blighted for the duration of the fight. Destroy them to get breathing room in the arena.

6 commentaires1) Threshers are fine, you can eliminate them from 100% safety of cover in a hallway/room. 2) 200k seems impossible w/o a cheese, i think they miscalculated the # of ads. 3) The servitor has a much health as a raid boss and is silly chonky for a mini boss. I thoroughly enjoyed the rework. If they tuned the servitor's health I'd be happy.

1 commentaireI have to laugh at all the get good, it’s easy posts but when you look at all of them they haven’t even attempted the nightfall this week… perhaps they should only comment if they have experience.

Modifié par Nova : 4/7/2023 3:09:25 AMAgreed. It’s not hard, it’s just an unrewarding SLOG. Not fun at all.

Nez on master sucks just as much

3 commentairesIt does appear too difficult to do the boss fight legit. May be bungie encourages cheese ? Season of Cheese it is
-
3 commentairesIt's reminiscent of D1 nightfalls. Find a cheese spot and slowly plink away at bullet sponges. Peak gameplay

Not even going to waste my time it… don’t mind a challenge but sod that it’s not fun it’s not enjoyable

1 commentaireNot happy guardian… Guardian down…

8 commentairesIt's quite easily the easiest strike to do on GM, so I can imagine how dog water it feels on Master. You need practice.
-
4 commentairesI hate to say it but my group has yet to get passed the tormentor room on master. It seems like he can reach all the way across the room and grab you and there is nothing you can do except die. You can't even use a super on him cause he kills the super as soon as you pop it. At least that is what he keeps doing to us. Even killed a well as we popped it. I have no idea how anybody will do most of these nightfalls on grand master this season. We usually do grand masters but I think my group will be skipping them this season.

4 commentairesTried it yesterday first time with LFG, one of the randoms dropped after the 1st Tormenter wiped us all, lol. Tormentor surprised the heck out of me, but it is do-able now that I know what's coming. I was using a seasonal auto rifle to build up kills for the title, if I had arbalest equipped I'm sure the Tormentor would have dropped. Tedious but not as nerve wrecking as grand masters. Given the amount of time it took I would rather do Legend a few times for the weekly pinnacle as opposed to Master.
-
1 commentaireI totally understand where you're coming from. The room with the Tormentor in it is made even more frustrating by the enemies outside the door blocked with the force field, being able to shoot you through it and the taken acolytes being able to spawn those taken turrets inside it too.

1 commentaireProbably just to give Bungo a good laugh watching all the fireteams getting obliterated
-
1 commentaireIts not too hard, but it's impossible to get 200k points. Why they have strikes that physically can't reach the point cap they require you to get is beyond me. It's like they're saying the strike is too short and easy to count for the gardian level, but if thats the case why have it as a nightfall at all? Just plain wierd.
-
Did it with lfg team. We wiped once on bridge part at beginning, so no too much set back. I think it's a mixture of classes. We had well, a strand (?) and I was stormcaller, wasn't the prettiest but we got the job done. We were good a reviving each other 😆

7 commentaires200k was ez on glassway tbh. Glad i did it last week.

12 commentairesI enjoyed it… didn’t think it was difficult at all. Genuinely think it’s a skill issue or not having a balanced fire team. We had two strands and 1 well and think we blitzed it
