Add a option to lock your character in the character selection screen and when someone or something is trying to delete your character there is a confirmation sent to the email associated with your account to be able to delete your character.

They have that. It's called putting passwords on you devices.

Agreed. Even if most people never encounter a situation where this will matter, just having that extra bit of security is definitely warranted when characters can have dozens of pieces of gear that might have taken 100s or 1000s of hours to grind for. Not even accounting for all the subclass and story garbage you’d have to redo if you’re still crazy enough to want to continue playing.

While I don't necessarily agree with this request, it is an interesting concept.

2 commentairesI love how people always accociate you with something bad like the guy saying that sounds shady all I want is a confirmation email so I dont accidentally delete my characters I've spent too much time grinding for stuff and I'm a bit paranoid about the character deletion bug.

1 commentairePretty sure you gotta hold the button down for several seconds before your character is actually deleted. If you're not observant enough to notice you're doing this you shouldn't be playing games.

3 commentairesStop breaking ToS and paying for recovs, then your characters won't be deleted.

So, I am assuming that when accounts are recovered the character is often deleted in the process as this is Bungie’s attempt to stop recovery/boosting? So you want to supersede that with an email confirmation that has to be clicked on to delete the character? Hmm..sounds a tad shady to me.
