1 commentaireAre you referring to encounter drops or just the one for completing it? Rotator Raids and Dungeons only give one Pinnacle item upon completion, while encounter drops are at the Powerful cap.

This happens randomly to me with dungeons. Not consistently tho.

I had the same thing happen with Grasp.

Have been seeing similar issues, up until recently. I think the last couple of seasons my drops were not at cap, so the only way was to grind the artifact.

I got 1578s for my warlock and I am 1580! I think the pinnacle is broken.
