I am unable to progress through the Semaphore Signals triumph. The radio terminal at the Ether Tank does not prompt me to listen to any new messages, even after reloading the zone and trying for several days on the character that has fully completed the season of plunder quest chain in it's entirety. I even have all of the "Between Stolen Stars" lore entries (https://imgur.com/a/XPphqkY) but don't have the Semaphore Signals triumph. I've started working on the quest on my other characters but the radio isn't working for them either so I don't know what to do... UPDATE: I have completed the triumph by progressing on a different character. I was worried because as I was doing the quests on this alt, I wasn't getting any prompts from the radio terminal. However, once I caught up to the stage that the triumph was expecting, the radio terminal started prompting me again and I was able to progress normally on that character.
