I think it’s for the better the sooner we accept this in all playlist the better if this pvp community ever want to get taken seriously this needs to be in all playlist also sbmm. This elitist tought about being able to chill in a competitive environment is a joke. I’m all for it. When ppl say is quick play or controle no it’s not bungie hasn’t revert to this playlist with these names for a long time almost 2 yrs now. So ether get on bord and stop comparing or get gud

I had a litteral stroke reading this. First of all, a game should be fun. I can understand if this were implemented for IB, or Trials, but for Control, what is essentially the Quick Play of Destiny, is insane. There will always be a heavy population of people playing Control, so if one guy leaves, another can join. Control is comparable to the Strikes of the Vanguard Playlists. It’s not fun to be banned from the game when there are always going to be recent developments that need your immediate attention. I would rather leave and not ruin my already poor KDA then stay and ruin it.

I don’t get where ppl get this Quick play mentally from you know what show me a article where bungie in the last year reverted to this quick play mentality. Because so far as I know they have stated multiple times in the last year that they want the following. - controle needs to be a save area for new players to start at. - the want higher quality of matches closer outcome - the want a score difference of 10/15 to be the max outcome. And that’s the summary of last year have you guys not read the twab. It’s to bad but think this is a fun space no thx it’s a competitive fps experience it even says so when you leave the game. You have left a competitive match…. I don’t know what you want me to say just nobody wants to get on bungie page. Better start accepting the new bungie. No more easy games especially for higher skilled ppl not having fun go play Fortnite those have bots 🤖

If they want it to be safe, at least let people leave if the outcome of the match has already been decided. You think a new player wants to go up against a six stack. SBMM has not solved this. You will still get six stacks that have multiple advantages over you. Destiny is not a competitive game. We don’t have tourneys nor do we have any real comparison to a competitive game. There is ability spam and a whole host of issues that need to be fixed for it to actually be “competitive” and yet Bungie punishes players for leaving a game meant to be a safe area. Generally I am with Bungie on most things. I give them the benefit of the doubt. I don’t care about SBMM, but I do care that they need to ban us for leaving a casual game mode, even if they think it’s competitive.
