Never Received Battlepass items from Seasons of the Risen
I never received the ornaments from the Season of the lost battlepass for my warlock. I reached level 83 and never received them after I claimed them. I thought maybe it was a time delay, but it does not seem to be the case.

Go here and as long as you achieved the appropriate ranks and did not claim the rewards during the season, you'll be able to claim the rewards.
