People have been saying this game is dying since the game was released.
This game still hasn't died.
The 28 people in your clan are a very small percentage of the entire playerbase, not to mention the majority of players in your clan are still active in this game.
Don't think D2 will be dying any time soon.

1196 hours on my main and 768 hours on my alt. So that's 1,964 hours total.

There's a consistent rise and decline in the playerbase every year. There's a rise in players during the release of a new expansion/season and a decline towards the end of the season when players run out of things to do.

Never in PVP, I pvp all day everyday and its the first tine I ever went into a game without a full fireteam.

Then that's definitely a you problem, because I have no issue getting a fireteam together for PvP, or any other activity for that matter.
