When I heard Savathun shred her way out of Osiris at the beginning of Season of the Lost, I had one simple thought: "He's dead af." So, last week when I saw a few people speculating that it looked like Ikora was carrying some of Osiris's garments in what looked like some type of funeral service I disregarded the comments of a few others that it looked like she might have been carrying a worm. Despite being a huge fan of Inquisition of the Damned (ESPECIALLY the final entry), I missed an interesting possibility. What if Savathun had a vessel ready to receive Osiris's essence (i.e. the much speculated Hive worm that some people think Ikora is carrying in the trailer) and as she tore out of his body she transferred his essence into that worm. It would really fit her style. "Hey I promised that I'd return him to you alive. Here you go!," reads a note attached to a baby hive worm wrapped in Osiris's garments and dropped off on the stairs outside the command station.
