Throw on all the stability it can get.
Since range doesnt matter on a scout.
And maybe heating up and adagio?

Could you imagine adagio on a 150 scout?
Sure it will shoot like a 120 HC but maybe you can 2 tap.

i think dmg model on 150 scouts was same as 150 HCS so it wont 2 tap with adagio
