The inability to adapt is strong in the pvp community. In my day we learned to fight anywhere. Twilight Gap isn't bad, it offers much to ambush and skirmish tactics. Holding areas is easy- if you know what you're doing. Not that some of you get that.

  • I did. Still do on and off, what am I to do with a drought of content and the state of powers being nerfed the way they are? I played Destiny daily since the Beta. I've gone to the original light house and played every Iron Banner, every DLC. Every raid up to now. To be honest I don't need to justify validation to you. But you will adhere to those with experience in these arenas before they were spoiled rotten by immense nerfs and buffs it suffers now. Destiny needs bigger maps, yes. We HAD bigger maps until the PvP community ironically got them removed. Snipers are bad! Vehicle were too OP! Turrets are a terrible idea, something along those lines and then POOF- there goes Combined Arms. Along with their associated maps. There is simply no pleasing the PvP community. It's not because things are unbalanced. It's because players are lazy now. Lacking in true skill of combined gunplay and power use, tactical and strategic thinking, the inability to use foresight. Everything needs to be a meta and everything else ruins the game. I've seen it. Use to be no one spawns with special ammo, had to pick it up from a box. Thorn killed in three precise shots. Titans were brick walls that slammed into you. Hunters rolled twice with shorter charge times. Instead of adapting... nerfs happen. Maps are removed, leaving smaller map rotations. Weapons, stats, mods, abilities are rendered obsolete. It's a wonder why I ever left! This. Sounds. Fun.
