Steam DLC purchase not applied
Hello,
I purchased the Beyond the Light Deluxe DLC on Dec 12th on Steam. After the purchase, I enabled Cross Save with my PS4 account (as my main), however only part of the DLC content has been applied - i.e. the legendaries, emotes, etc. - but not the Seasonal content - i.e. Season 12 to and including Season 15.
I then purchased Season 15 with silver, on Steam, which has applied as expected. Today I purchased the Beyond the Light Deluxe Upgrade to gain access to the past seasons, however, as you can see from the screenshot below, this has not been applied.
I am now out of pocket a considerable amount of money through what is clearly no fault of my own. I only wish for the seasonal content to be applied correctly, can you help please?

6 commentairesThe season passes are bound at the time of purchase to the save file active at that time. So, if you bought, then activated cross save, your season passes would be bound to your steam save file. Your options for accessing the season passes now, would be to either disable cross save and use your Steam save file's progression and characters or buy the digital deluxe on PlayStation to bind those passes to your currently active save.
