I am still unable to obtain the last stasis fragment from The Stranger. I do not have any memory fragments and I am unable to pickup quests to obtain more. There is none of those quests in any of my characters quest kiosk and there is no memory fragments in my consumables inventory or my vault. I'm hoping to get this solved before Moment of Triumph in case there is a triumph requiring you to obtain all stasis fragments. Its been a month since I first discovered this was an issue and made a previous post that went no-where.
