Unable to get "All the Scattered Pieces" Triumph - Locked from Chosen seal!
Hello! My fiancée is trying to get the Chosen title, she has all of the required triumphs except for All the Scattered Pieces. We've completed the previous triumphs (Graven Tales, Figments of an Answer, Another Link in the Chain) necessary to unlock it, scanned all the items, and completed the mission. I have it unlocked now but it is still listed as a secret triumph for her. We even tried having her go back in to see if she could just do it again but no luck. Can't scan anything anymore. Any ideas?

Hey there. When did she complete Another Link in the Chain? The next triumph should become available on the following weekly reset after you redeem the triumph. So if you did it just now, then unfortunately it will take until next Tuesday's reset for All the Scattered Pieces to become visible and able to be progressed.
