It has been more or less a year since 120 hand cannons are dominating the scene. Frankly it has become boring playing too safe because you can be often killed with 2 taps. Entire lobbies only have 120s. I play since D1 and metas have never lasted that long. Players must be free to use the weapons they prefer, and for a good year now, that has not been possible because if you want a chance to win the gunfight you must use a 120 hand cannon.
