You are right - the truth is that CBMM discriminates against older slower PvP players and those with disabilities in favour of the mass of younger players with fast reactions
Clearly that is a bad idea - SBMM gives older players a chance to play people like themselves, a much better idea

As one of the slower types... one of the lovely benefits of having a blood clot behind your eye undetected your whole life blow like a firecracker... I can understand stand this some. But, I’m more used to real multi role shooters with way bigger playgrounds, BF to be specific. The maps in D2 don’t allow for as much variety. That being said, I think the best way right now to jolt PvP (SBMM leaving was them catering to streamers like always 🙄) is to bring back Rift. CTF is a long-standing mode and as crazy and unpredictable as Rift was it was also fun. An intense firefight could happen anywhere on the map, and one line wolf could win the day. I really miss Rift. Bring the Spark back to Crucible!

what is older and slower for you?

Modifié par GrayWolf : 5/5/2021 9:51:36 AMI understand brain reaction times peak at 24 there is a slow but steady reduction in reaction times from that age onwards. By the time someone is 50 their brain reaction times are much slower on average than the average 24 year old... It differs person to person but at age 50+ i'd rather mostly play PvP against people in the 40-55 age range, and no one in the 11-25 range!

Haha im getting on a bit.. and would like a dad mode.. where i play other dad's that also have sat down when their kids are asleep with a beer.. I can't and will never again beat a 12 year old hopped up on 2 gallons of monster..

Exactly. When I do try to enjoy PvP with a Beer I now get absolutely destroyed by 13 year old Hunter Mains dodging, sliding, jumping and...dodging Bring back SBMM!

Or a chill sbmm mode atleast.. i mean comp is kinda sbmm but it aint chill I do prefer it by far over cbmm modes though.. and have hit legend a few times. Shows that you can compete if skill is more balanced.. but 3v3 is inherently a sweat mode. Full of felwinters and 120s

Thats..... yeah thats a fair enough points there.
