You’re right shotguns are somewhat more prevalent (mostly just Felwinters since it’s the only kiosk weapon you can buy that is at current powers everyone has it), but those two exotic fusions are also ridiculously common to come across and that is reflected in those stats. Point is I don’t see shotguns as that crazy of a problem. There are quite a few weapons that are used and abused often. There always will be.
