Then I hate to break it to you but that is not the reason for your ban.
Match made teams cannot get you banned as the game out you with them, no relationship is assumed, onky pre-made teams are held to that standard.
If I had to venture a guess... You have something on your PC that is against the rules and it was either running or not completely closed while you were a playing, but that is just a guess as I was not there to k ow exactly what you were running.

All appeals are reviewed, by member of the security team. They typically only reply if more information is needed or if the appeal results in an overturn or change in the restriction or ban.
