Not sure where to post this but it’s a two part. Outbreak Perfected is (at least for me) is having issues not spawning nanites when getting headshots. I will get outlaw, and clearly shoot a dreg or such in the head in massive clusters of enemies and the nanites will not spawn SOMETIMES. Not always.
Does this have to do with massive groups of enemies preventing graphical cluster?
Also I am interested in a buff to the nanites themselves, would a 2 second duration to nanites on targets attached be a huge deal?

I tested it on some targets as if there was an internal cooldown. I don’t have an internal cooldown for the headshot nanites. It’s immediate. The outlaw buff is bugged and the headshot nanites are inconsistent. This is from constant testing in large groups and small/single.

I have noticed this on outbreak. I also have this issue with a smg I have with firefly. To many projectiles hitting the target seem to cause the issue to happen/cause the perk not to activate.

I’ve noticed a similar issue with Arcstrider. The dodge regen perk for top tree isn’t triggering on melee kills sometimes. Perhaps there’s a bigger bug that’s stopping perks from triggering? Probably a far fetched idea but it can’t be a coincidence that two seperate things are suffering from the same bug.

The headshot nanite burst is on an internal cooldown. It controls the nanites as intended, but it actually does bug the gun out hard. Routinely you will get a headshot, get the audio cue, proc Outlaw, but you will still do a sluggish reload.

Yes, I get this a fair bit more than I'd like to admit. The big tell for me is that I also get the audio for when nanites would spawn but only see someones head/belly explode
