The three PvE nerfs are barely noticable apart from the melee range. But just get a little closer. No big deal. Far from destroyed, trash, completely broken, unusable, whatever. It's still absolutely viable and fun in PvE.

the issue with the shadebinder melee is first, warlock has 6 m lunge and the range attack is 16 m max with no falloff dmg aoe or such, so you are forced to stay between 10-16 m with basically no tracking, its useless
