“I am a master of the arcane arts. I have the capacity to travel across the planes of existence. Although that does take effort it is possible. Sometimes. Still I have a lot to offer. Name your price and I can tell you if it is possible.”
-
Xyun: “I have several prices that I could name, several things, though I think none of them will interest you.”
-
“Well this is indeed what I am paying you so my interest really don’t matter. Name your price.”
-
Xyun: “What souls do you have, if any?”
-
“I don’t like where this is heading.... But let us see. My soul is abnormal and one I am not entirely sure about myself. It is a mix of a elven one and the magical energies used to create. Or perhaps my greater attempted to mimic a elven soul. I am now sure.”
-
Xyun: “So that’s off the table, now what other things would be a good price?”
-
“Gold? I could just pay you. After all this is just a specially designed snake. I am a spellcaster. Perhaps you are in the need of a spell cast?”
-
Xyun: “Who said I had a snake on me? And no, though I am interested in what spells you have to offer.”
-
“I never expected them to be on you. Although fair point. Retrieval and delivery may cost me more. The arcane arts of wizardry are a incredibly vast and almost limitless field. I can do much upon some time of preparation and command. Do you wish to transport a house to the elemental planes, conjure some creature, and many other things just say. I could possibly do many things.”
-
Xyun: “Do you know about Dark Reälities?”
-
“I am unaware about such topic but perhaps I could still be of aid. What would you require?”
-
Xyun: “I only asked if you knew about them, that’s all. In regards to payment options I really don’t care at this point, and I have no use for currency of any kind.”
-
“Well perhaps I could make a nice cup of tea. After all money may be momentary but a good cup of tea can last for a very long time if you sip really slowly. Honestly I mostly don’t care what you wish to be payed in, if you even wish to be payed at all. As long as it isn’t beyond my capabilities and not with my soul.”
-
Xyun: “Oh, about that, I always state that I don’t take the soul of the person whom I am bartering with as payment, unless they double cross me that is. I’ll take that cup of tea, thank you very much.”
-
“Very good. I shall make that tea.” The wizard starts casting spells which cause what ingredient he needs to appear. Afterwards he cast a spell which heats up a metal pot with water and just magically makes a big cup of tea.
-
Xyun: “Thank you.”
-
“Pleasure doing business with you.”
-
Xyun: “I do believe that you forgot the poison.”
-
“I am just waiting for you to get it to me. Do not think I am foolish enough to forget our bargain.”
-
Xyun: “Bring it to you? I have it on me at all times.”
-
“So bring the snakes for wherever they are in your possession and give them to me” the wizard says slightly impatient.
-
Xyun: “I think you don’t understand, I’m the one that gives you the poison.”
-
“I see. You do seem a little snake like. Very well give it over. However you plan to do that doesn’t matter. Just get me my poison.”
-
Xyun: “Okay, okay, I will.”
-
*Xyun reveals her fangs.*
