It's so annoying when a new exotic drops and it does not have a catalyst and you know it probably won't have one for a very very long time. I love the new trailers chosen sidearm but I find myself not using it to often because it has no catalyst. Guns that are not masterworked and that don't drop orbs and that don't have kill counts on them are simply just not nearly as fun or as practical to use. Same thing with the thunderlord and heir apparent, I love both those guns but don't use them nearly as much as I'd like to because no catalysts.
