Double Rewards NF!! Another move in the right direction Bungie
Its a great move Bungie and this is the stuff the community wants to see. When Luke Smith's grand vision is a rotating meta thats cool and all, but the game [b]WILL[/b] suffer due to its RNG nature.
Events like this give the community outlets to deal with the RNG nature of exotics while giving us ample upgrade resources for armor/weapons that is or going to phase out.
While sunsetting is not a popular topic(I dont like it myself) this type of event should be adapted to the seasonal model.

1 commentaireWell, really it’s a bug that happened before and I assume they couldn’t fix it so they sugar coat it by pretending that it’s something they’ve activated this week cos players liked it when really they didn’t know how to remove it so it’s all a lie.

I'm just wondering what the infusion system will be when beyond light drops. Curious if they do away with prisms and shards. It's so odd that they would do this. Just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Ah yes double rewards for stuff that will be completely useless in another month or so, should have done double EP drops.

Saved up 46 shards for the future. Didn’t get many good exotics though which is disappointing.

Agreed. Because of this event, my search for a decent pair of Frostees that started at the release of Armor 2.0 is finally over. It has like 9 less recovery than I wanted, but hopefully I can just supplement that was a better chest piece or something.

I mean I'm happy for the people that waste their time on the meaningless grind but as for me this doesn't matter in the slightest cause I haven't had a single reason to do nightfalls since I got all the unique rewards.

1 commentaireIts -blam!-ing disgusting, i did few runs and maxed my ascendant shards and enhancement prisms. Stuff like this is what killed destiny for me, exotic drop ? Oh its another -blam!-ing garbage roll. 99% of things lost its value

2 commentairesTo be honest, I'm suspicious of Bungie for giving us the double rewards. I believe that this is another way to raise player numbers for now and when Beyond Light launches I won't be surprised if Bungie turns around and tells people that there are new upgrade materials and that shards, golf ball etc are being removed from the game. "Nothing in this world is for free, people always want something in return". Sorry for being negative!
