Randomly Banned after playing solidly for 3 years
I've been randomly banned from the game for doing absolutely nothing. I've been playing this game since 2017 and had a lot of progress on this account. I've read the terms and conditions and I am very confused to why I have been banned.
I only have these third party programs running in the background:
Corsair iCue
A RedDragon mouse software (for lights and remapping)
Discord
Steam
Brother Print service
AMD radeon software (graphics).
The only thing I can think of is the fact I use the AMD software overlay to change graphics settings if my game performance decreases and I have only emote macros programmed.
I did sign into the braytech tracker only minutes before the ban but I am really puzzled as to why this has happened.
UPDATE: An appeal has been made but from looking at other forums and posts it's unlikely I'll get my account back. I've never used boosting or any method of cheating/hacking that could potentially get me banned nor run any malicious softwares in the background. I don't even know how to do any such thing in the first place I just wanna enjoy the game.
