Are you more frustrated with the game or are you actually enjoying the game?
I am so triggered by how ass this games meta is. It is so pathetic they will take a eons to fix a broken meta but will turn into flash to fix a damn exploit. They dont care about the community and if they did the will show it. They nerfed all the good weapons now people are using knaw hungers and suros and moutn tops and bastions like what the -blam!- is that meta. Whoever shoots first wins, especially with the damn suros. EVERYONE I KNOW IS MORE FRUSTRATED PLAYING THIS GAME RATHER THAN HAVING FUN WHICH IS CENTER CORE OF A VIDEO GAME TO HAVE [b]FUN[/b]. Dude me and my boys got back into it because we thought destiny 2 was good but oh my god this game -blam!-ing blows with the latest nerfs, the damn ridiculous raid mechanics (which is easy but some people have a real hard time) like the game wasnt to hard before but now it is. I wanna say its not really hard but -blam!- man it gets overwhelming as -blam!-. And the lazy catalyst for outbreak prime and that puzzle sheesh dude even rick khakis couldn’t explain that bullshit correctly i had to watch someone else and you have to wait weeks to finish like what the -blam!-. What is this game dude? Wheres the direction for the sandbox of weapons its so dog shit man im mad i pre ordered this game for $100 then they make it free year later like get the -blam!- out dude.

You add "Connection" based matchmaking but the matches I've been playing have worse hit detection and even more lag than before. You "remap" our controllers and in doing so screw up my controls to the point I essentially have to run top tree Dawnblade for the air dodge because I literally can't run for more than 2 seconds before my character keeps stopping dead in their tracks even after you "fixed" the Sprint issue. I get error coded out of games and then the game has the nerve to tell me that I've been suspended and "leaving early hurts the experience of other players." I can't imagine how, as they're still playing and I'm the one sitting in orbit with a 30min suspension because I get Beaver and Guitar errors left and right. This game isn't "competitive" or "skilled" or at least not what I'm accustomed to. When snipers auto lock onto people's heads when you take damage and have the most outrageous aim assist I've ever seen, (especially Arbalast) when the game is overly reliant of 1hk weapons and abilities, when some classes and exotics are blatantly unbalanced as heck, when the game is such a mess that you take away the "competitive" playlist and replace it with survival because you know there is nothing "competitive" about this game, when you let cheaters run wild for over a year and the best you can do is say, "we have Anti-cheat" and "we are listening" you know something is bonkers.

[I’m not gonna lie, the game is fun right now to me because, like most games, I don’t take it super seriously. I never actually cared about builds or meta’s or anything like that, I literally have played this entire franchise by finding gear combinations I find fun and using them. Maybe I’ll replace parts of the setup or the entire thing if something I deem more fun gets added. And in my opinion, that is how everyone should be playing destiny as a franchise, not treating it like a super serious competitive shooter and more like a game that’s entire point is “screw around and see what happens”.]

Couldn't care less about the sunsetting tbh. I'm used to use different gear after major DLCs/Expansions from other games. I never had a "personal" connection to a certain gun. I think it's stupid. I deleted my hand-masterworked Chattering Bone with like 40k kills on my hunter. So, who cares. Yeah it might suck for people getting used to specific guns. But in the end, for me, it can get boring as well. Sometimes you need a push in a certain direction and I found a lot of gems, for me, which are super fun to use and might have missed sometimes. Destiny for me isn't just a loot shooter, it's an eyperience I enjoy with my friends for years now, since the D1 Beta actually. The visuals, the music, the lore, the absolutely rock solid game flow and gunplay. Just to name a few reasons. And while we sometimes like and/or dislike certain ideas Bungie has in mind, we play simply for the fun in the end. Currently brought a friend to Destiny cauz she enjoyed it watching the game over at my friend. She is learning fast even though she never played a FPS before in her life, not to mention playing on a console with a controller. And now we already played Raids and she completed all the Leviathan ones. Brings back sweet memories and is a lot of fun.

Because Bungie is removing content from the game and people somehow are completely fine with wholesale content being removed from the game and then paying out another £40-60 for another lackluster DLC with only 3 actual story missions. There is literally no logical way you can justify Bungie removing content. Honestly... having to remove content from your game because you were too -blam!- to actually you know... get a better engine? They just piled shit on top and then turned around and made the players pay for it, instead of doing their job and fixing the issue without making the players basically get their balls crushed.

IM NOT EVEN PLAYING THE GAME I logged in the last couple of times for eververse and the initial season missions After that it's the same old garbage busy work. Hopefully I can make it to season pass 32 by November. I've been having fun playing with new builds, which has given me the desire to try new things. Having some good new weapons to use and the improved target focusing engrams is great. Short IB quest and not having to do the IB quest was also nice. Now I'm hoping the Solistice of Hero's is not a grind feast. Back to leveling, if you are around 1000 light you might want to skip this season since leveling is terrible. Outbreak - I solo'd the mission to get the weapon, but I gave up on the jumping puzzle to get the catalyst. That roof part is just too frustrating. They don't call him Rick Kaka Khakis for nothing so no surprise there. As far as complaining about the PVP meta, I think it's just an excuse. You need to play with different weapons, perks, build and you'll find something you enjoy. For mountain top try and jump when they shoot at you. I think they need to change the meta's each season so people will change weapons and things will be less stale. Like it or not you have to admit that changing to CBMM at lease changed things up. Forced a lot of us to work on our builds and load-outs. Honestly, there are good PVP weapons to use that are not autos.

RNG is the only issue I have. I’m one piece away from 1060 base on all three of my characters and keep getting duplicates. The changes to PvP are going to help keep me in the game longer after I hit max, but I don’t think there is much they could do to keep me engaged till November.

I enjoy the game. I even enjoy playing CBMM crucible even though I get wrecked. The only part of the game I dislike is gambit.

Lost the ability to have any fun at all since they decided to retire my gear. I was a full on collector player which used 100% of my playtime to collect different rolls for all weapons and test different gear build combinations on endgame activities (Mostly nightfalls and gambit prime). I have over 450+ godrolls and still was after 50+ more. Now I cant get any reason to play a single second and did not bother to even get last season pass. Moved to warframe, while I prefer destiny having weapons relevant forever is a must for me.

I stopped having fun to the point where I stopped playing outright. This was around the time they opened the moon tower. It was the result of death by a thousand cuts. So many QOL issues, from blues to bounties to bugs to connection times to... well, the list goes on. I was a hardline fan for the longest time, but they wore me down. If I could sum it up, this switch to F2P, the the artificial grind... sunsetting... they can keep it

50/50 bored & frustrated. Mainly a PvP player, I have around 90 flawlesses, Trials blows. Rewards sucks, meta sucks, ddossing, hackers, etc. Contact is alright. Umbrals are good, shorter IB quest is good. IB need focused farming.

Completely frustrated! I’m only playing to make sure I’m ready for when it gets good. It feels like I’ve been doing that for a year.

Sure I can be happy that there IS new content coming. But none of that factors into just...the sheer boredom I feel right now. The beginning of the season was cool, but I can feel that stagnancy starting to happen as we have to wait for the rest of the content for this season. Then the dlc was delayed a whole 2 months and so now that boredom is only going to grow more. I don't know what to do in the game right now. I don't care about the season pass so much I need to max it out as soon as possible, crucible is kind of just meh because of the lack of worthwhile incentive. Strikes are...I don't need to answer that. Completing raids for gear I probably won't even use doesn't do much for me either. What do I do? What can I do besides stuff I've already done before?

Instead i just get laughed at or called trash because I'm tryin to learn. For example, I have false promises god rolled and used it last night against someone with the same rolls. The kicker was he 2 shot me after i put a whole clip in him. When i asked how he did that i got laughed at and called trash. What are people using that I'm not. Bare in mind there were no weapon mods on

I have fun, but only because I am currently playing with people I know. Once they leave (again) I will find it more frustrating listening to 10 year olds claim how amazing they are at the raid only to bail during an encounter after causing us to wipe multiple times...
