How many people play D1 currently?
I haven't played this game (D2) since February 2019. I was hoping the game would change in the ways I wanted, but from what I read it seems to keep getting even worse than when I quit.
Which brings me to my question: are there still a good amount of active players in D1, enough to fill strike matchmaking for example? Last night I set Destiny 1 to re-download on my XoneX. Was a day 1 player, 3400hrs, and thought it would be nice to play D1 again after so long.
I guess it's been years since I set foot in the game. I'm wondering what is there I could have fun doing in the game right now?
I thought about:
1. doing strikes.
2. doing some Crota runs, or if not many still play then doing it solo.
3. doing some VoG, but only if I could find other players for it.
4. ??
In any case, I'll check it out later today and hopefully get a few hours of fun out of it.

If you are on PS4 there is a community called Destiny's Destiny with a lot of people that still play D1 but some of them can be toxic. There are alot of players on PS4. Some on Xbox one. There are D1 clans you can join if your looking to raid. Good luck.
