I've already tried one email, and your help forum post doesn't help, so here I am posting on a damn forum for help. My friend gave me her code for the Through the Heart emblem because she had an extra. I went to redeem the code and it told me it was already claimed on my account. I double checked my history and the redemption time was that very moment just a few seconds earlier. I get on my game and check my collections only to find THERE IS NO EMBLEM. I just want my emblem, is that so hard?
