Fated engram
Xur’s fated engram won’t drop me the last exotic armor I’m missing. 3 times now he gives me stuff I already have.

All of the armor exotics released since season 8, including Citan's Ramparts, require ownership of Shadowkeep. From the looks of things, you do have some Shadowkeep and Forsaken exotics already. This indicates that you once had access to Shadowkeep and Forsaken, but no longer do. This may be due to game sharing or not having the expansions on one of your two linked platforms via Cross Save. Ultimately, if you wish to earn the other exotics you will need to regain access to the expansions.

You have to find them in the wild as a drop. To be specific, I believe new exotics from the current season cannot be gotten in Xur's fated engram.

If you're purchasing the Engram with the character of a class that the armor you're after is for, then that armor doesn't drop from Xur's Engram. Which armor are you after and which character did you purchase it with?
