He’s literally saying “we are doing the same thing we have been”

So what new thing should he mention? He says they're always doing new things, specifically stated that hackers are always working on new ways to cheat that Bungie must respond to. What do you want him to say... "we've decided to push the button that will stop all cheating"?

Him vaguely saying “we are always trying new things but so are hackers”. Literally means nothing. He’s saying “we are doing the same thing that isn’t working” without providing any dialogue. There needs to be a Paywall,

But there will always be the blind defenders. Just ignore them.
