$400 versus $3000
I'll stick to my console and just go to a new game

PC gaming's alright, but you gotta keep upgrading every 6 months, because everything gets outdated.
-
Not gonna lie mate, PC actually does turn out cheaper in the long run, and I say that as a long-time Xbox player. Like, original Xbox kinda long-time. Assume your console costs $300 on launch (forgiving estimate) with an additional $60 charge every year to keep your online subscription, on a seven-year cycle. That's $720 for every seven years. Meanwhile a PC will be an initial cost of between $800 to $1200 for your average rig, all externals included, with an upgrade of $100 or $200 worth of parts every five to eight years or so. Meaning in a single decade you've already saved $40. Meanwhile you now have more room to improve at the game, since PC has a much higher skill ceiling for most games, and you have more freedom to mod your PvE/single player games. I could go on, but point is it's just objectively better.

Right? Get yourself something nice with that.
-
LOL. Yep.
-
Its personal preference really. Some people would prefer to fork out 1000s in cash straight away. Others like to pay it off so that it doesnt have that big of an impact. Paying monthly or quarterly is better for working people because it's only £20 off their weekly wage at the end of the three months.
-
PC isn't cheaper in the long run because you have to future proof it constantly My brother has built his own custom PC and he has brought some of the latest tech it came to about £800. He has to update his hardware every few years because of the advancements in the tech in order to future proof it. Last week he spent another £250 to upgrade his graphics card which he replaced about 3 years ago.

You can build a great 150fps+ PC for 1000$
-
On of the best PC players "sidezz" plays on a pc about 800$ with 75fps No need to pay 3k on a fancy pc My laptop is 1300$ and I get 120 fps on very high setting
-
XB series X will do 120 FPS for about half of that.
-
Modifié par SCP-049 : 2/24/2020 5:21:45 PMNothing is confirmed yet They need to port the game mostly for that to work, which I don't see happening anytime soon. Besides if you want to get a pc or laptop in the 750$ segment you can get a 8300h 1050ti that gives you consistent 75 fps You don't have to wait another year to enjoy pc gaming
-
They confirmed it this morning.
-
I know the box is powerful BUT DESTINY 2 can't draw more than 30 frames on console Spoiler : my Xbox X is just as powerful as my pc (about 6 Terraflops) but it steel does 30 fps in Destiny
-
Have you seen the specs released today? 12 teraflops and 120 FPS. That’s what being reported everywhere.
-
Dude are you ok ? It's not the Xbox !!! It's DESTINY 2 DESTINY 2 CAN'T RENDER MORE THAN 30 FPS ON CONSOLE , even if it's got 200 Terraflops They would need to rework to game engine to make it render more frames and more fov
-
Are you OK? the comment I was responding to was that $1300 was a good deal for 60 frames per second on a PC. Then I said series x can do 120 for half that. It had nothing to do with Destiny 2 performance.
-
Ok the app is just showing me wrong threads sorry for that They need to fix this app somehow
-
Didn't know Cerridius, Gigz, Frost, Panduh, Lumi, Zk and Lunarz all quit Destiny.
-
I said one of the best Sure gigz and bolt and cammy are all gods No need to be offended bro
-
I never mentioned cammy I don't like his Additude. Dudes super stocked for the shotgun buff..
-
What buff to shotguns? The target acquisition ? To be fair cammy doesn't shotgun as often as other good players
-
Ya they will be able to kill up to 9m while hipfireing since the pellets no long go to the opponents head that causes pellets to miss. Because of the change it doubled the range so they removed the ads range.
-
I really hope this is not the case Otherwise I might just uninstall I am way over shotguns and apes
-
Also if your building a computer for Destiny I'd get a 2060 super with an i5 9600k you'll average like 165 fps and the whole pc will cost about 1k
-
I am a developer and student so I got a ROG strix laptop It's about 1300€ but very very good My display is 120 fps and I get them consistently in D2
