Dont buy another dlc/season pass/eververse item.
Vote with your wallet, if the game fails it fails.
Bungie has disrepected our time and money too much by nerfing every single time we get a good weapon after doing extremely long quest lines and raid completions. This has to be our line in the sand. Too many ppl have already made logical suggestions and bungie ignores mosr of them.

3 commentairesBungie is proving once again that Trials is going to destroy the weapons in this game . The new nerfs are bull shit anbd unneeded

3 commentaires100%. I will be voting with my wallet. And by that I mean pre-ordering every expansion the second I'm able to, buying some merch now and then (especially the lore books) and purchasing a couple Eververse items if I really want them and they aren't available for bright dust.

15 commentairesGood idea. But this wont work. More people are shelling out cash than those that are not. 🤔😂🤷🏾♂️

21 commentairesEnjoy the game for what it is and trust in Bungie’s judgement regarding weapon balance.

2 commentairesSo, Bungie is nerfing your OP Crutch weapons. And now you guys are crying and throwing a tantrum and spewing threats. . . 😂😂😂LoL Oh . . . how the mighty have fallen.

That is no guarentee that you'll be able to pressure Bungie to do what you want. But if someone is that unhappy, then that is absolutely the right thing to do. Stop playing. Go play a different game that gives you what it that you want....and give your money to that developer. That's your real power as a consumer.

1 commentaireModifié par Roach : 2/24/2020 3:52:18 PMCome September I have Cyberpunk 2077 pre- ordered, cost me £44 and will include some goodies and a game soundtrack. CDPR make quality stuff and respect their players. Bungie are going to rock up with another expansion and Season Pass of more of the same repetitive horde modes and unrewarding pass levels and ask £60 for it. I bet the Cosmodrome is going to come back, some of it has already been redone for the First Light mission, and like the moon the enemies will spawn in the same places as they did in Destiny. It will be recycled and none of the storylines will be tied up as Bungie seems to just recycle and/or repeat and what they have already made such as D1 emblems being recycled for D2. Some Destiny 1 armours and weapons will come back and everyone will gasp and get excited. The streamers will be brought onboard to convince the weak of mind to pony up cash and three months after it releases everyone will be bored and so on and so on .. the cycle repeats in this game. Its just getting old now. They have had five years plus to get this franchise right but continue to bumble around with Luke Smith leading the game from low to depressing low. Not another penny from me. What an opportunity they had to make something special, instead they made something that consistently underwhelms, frustrates and disgusts with the constant greed of Eververse. I am so done.

Just stop playing. According to wastedondestiny I've sunk 1496 hours in to Destiny 2 to which puts me in the top 5%. I've been clanless for over a year and I haven't played since mid December. I bought Shadow Keep and the season pass so that was $59.99, a Netflix subscription for that same period would have been $48 at the most. (I felt the need to point that out because people always default to the cost of a Netflix account vs season pass for some reason) If you enjoy the game, great keep playing. If you have stopped having fun, stop playing. If you want Bungie to change stop sinking your time and money in to the game.

If you're not happy with Bungie there are 2 things you should do. Don't give them any more money. Don't give their game any more time. If enough people do these two things then Bungie will start to pay attention. -
Modifié par nonchalantone : 2/23/2020 5:56:10 PMThey gave us the artifacts because they didn't seem to know how to raise our light levels anymore. Which is sad because it's just to get us to grind all over again. And again. They nerf snipers because we can kill bosses from a "safe" distance, but want us to continually run into boss stomps! And other bosses that are virtually impossible to kill up close. All of these changes is just to keep us grinding. These sandbox changes aren't for the benefit of just using other weapons. They know what they're doing, and it sucks. Which is truly sucking the life out of this great game. Stop pissing on us and saying its "just rain".

14 commentairesTime to let the game die guys, its pretty obvious that bungie have been, are the problem on a literal daily basis. Just stop playing and buying and let it die. Bungie only have themselves to blame.

1 commentaireFully agree, this game is past life support. Time to pull the plug and let it die. It had a good run years ago.

15 commentairesModifié par bdonnyq : 2/23/2020 4:42:32 AMI quit playing last May and so did most of the other players I rolled with. Best thing we ever did. Bungie intended for this so-called sequel to be accessible for 'casual' players and be a 'collections' game. Shortly after D2 released the player-base plummetted. Bungie tried for the first year to sustain this 'casual' experience only to fail. Then for some odd reason, Bungie over-corrected and made the game so over complicated and anti-casual that it was nearly impossible for players to complete any kind of 'collection'. Now Bungie are just in 'float' mode - adding sub-par content occasionally with very little effort. Every employee working at Bungie knows that they screwed up trying to cater to the SJW movement and make an all-inclusive casual gaming experience. But they are still intentionally using every chance for lucrative gain that they can. Basically - it was a failure at the start and a failure at every attempt at 'fixing' it. Now its just a cash generator that feeds on the foolish players that remain addicted to a broken shell of a game. The Only thing work keeping is the community here - however the game itself is not.

the game already failed

1 commentaireOr own a gaming news company and tweet articles about how woke the bungie staff is they seem to love throwing Kotaku and polygon exclusive interviews for those sweet sweet woke points

29 commentairesNerfing Soo. Izanagi reload glitch? GL shooting too fast? Auto Loading breaking the game? “Oh I worked hard to get a gun and it was nerfed!” Yea. Most cases it is warranted because it has either a bug/is broken/is best option by a large margin. Izanagi has been the best option by a VERY large margin since Shadowkeep was released. Stop crying and overreacting over some nerfs. They’re needed for a healthy game

2 commentairesGod i love this new season update . I havent seen ppl this triggered in a while. Its fun to see you guys lose your shits over something like this. It aint like the gun is useless now , it just does less dmg. Clearly they are nerfing izanagi cauz an energy sniper doing 4x dmg and can crit was a stupid idea to begin with. Face it , with season of dawn they tried to make linear fusion rifle good but the only way a gun could be better than izanagi would be having a weapon that does 5x dmg wich would make bosses even more bullet sponges and shifting to THAT new gun meta Personnaly i want them to put a new weapon that is season only that would be better than the rest. Would be fun to watch you complain about having the best gears behind a paywall. I love to watch people complain and watch the world burn , i admit it.

6 commentairesBungie has made an MMO. You can’t expect an MMO to give you rewards for long quest lines that are better than other weapons.
-
Dont pay for anything. Just plays free content. Dont buy anything from eververse.
-
13mln did. However just like in politics, an extreme minority always believes they mean the world.

2 commentairesI knew people were gonna freak out over the changes, but damn. I'm seeing a lot of the same people who complain about nothing to do are the ones complaining they cant use the same load out forever. Maybe this is a good chance to try some new ways of playing, instead getting mad that there is nothing to do while trying to burn through everything as fast as possible.

48 commentairesNobody is quitting. Why? BECAUSE WE'RE ALL F***ING ADDICTED. You can't live without the game, and you know it. Otherwise, you wouldn't be on this forum. For God's sake, just git gud and shut up.

But.. But Bungie won an award for having the best support for their community last year.

D2 is my main game I play, so I will probably be buying the next season if it looks like something I would like (ornaments/events I can farm for without eververse, weapons/armor that are great, etc) but at the same time I agree that while Bungie says they hear our pleas they change things in ways that don't help us too much. I was furious about the whisper nerf. A better way of handling that would have been to keep the endless ammo but have almost no reserves (barely a mag) so that if you missed just a couple shots you were screwed. Maybe only give one or two ammo for each power brick. It would have been a much better nerf than what they gave it, giving high-skilled players a good edge while at the same time not entirely punishing the people that weren't as skilled. That's the problem, they are trying to level the playing field too much. What Bungie need to do is nerf the weapons so that the people who go hard at the game are still able use it really well, while the people who don't are still able to use it, and learn how to use it. Bungie needs to allow people to increase their skill rather than lower the skill ceiling down to the lowest player. I only got better because I pushed myself to be better. The casual players will never be anything more if Bungie keeps making things easier for them. PS: I've been seeing a lot of toxicity on the forums lately. Not necessarily people saying that Bungie need to change things or that they're doing something wrong, but that people are flat-out being rude and saying Bungie is an [REDACTED] because they don't like the game or they got screwed one time, or that Bungie should hand development over to someone who knows what they're doing or even that Bungie should just stop making content. Not this post, this one is perfectly fine, but seriously maybe Bungie aren't listening to us because of how rude we are even to each other. I think one thing Bungie had done really well with the Corridors of Time event (even though the rewards were kind of lacking) was how they brought the community together. If they can do a lot more stuff like that then they have done something that every game needs to do, regardless of how they nerf weapons or how they write lore. If you've made it this far then WOW you are either very dedicated to reading every single comment or you agree with what I'm saying. Either way, thank you for sitting through my ramblings. ^^'

This is what you should be doing with any game you like. I really wouldn't mind giving a few bucks now and again to Eververse if I saw something in the game play aimed at my particular play style. Which used to be kind of a playhard. Now I have become an occasional casual observer. Maybe get on one or two days a week to do one thing and then quit. I have nothing to chase, nothing to gain to make my toon stronger, just nothing to justify throwing so much time into something that has become so tired and worn down. For what we are getting? NO, I would never support the eveverse store. It would be patronizing bad decision-making on Bungies part.

7 commentairesModifié par cephalogrom : 2/22/2020 8:57:09 PMI’ve bought 1 item, the whisper skin. After the nerf I get to stare at as a constant reminder of my mistake.. Hopefully the gun will earn its place once again next sandbox. Edit: I bought the harpy ghost but in my defense, I’ve wanted a ghost like that since VoG
