Yeah, Like i said, I did that, but now it's gone. Xbox was no help, they see that i have all of the pre-order bonuses, but claim i was game sharing. I told them I never started game sharing until November last year with my son and even if I did I would still have access. Since we both played it together at the same time. Then they suggested that i only did a free play days then. I again asked how i had all the bonus content from pre-order.... It was just no help. Their logic want sound. It looks like I'm S.O.L.

What what you have described here, it sounds like this is an issue between you and Microsoft. Microsoft is who manages the license for the game. Bungie doesn't issue licenses, and cannot give you a license for the game directly. Basically, it's not something that Bungie can directly fix for you. I would start by tracking down your purchase of Forsaken. This will tell you under what account the game was purchased (hopefully your primary one). Usually when you purchase items from a vendor you get an e-mail receipt. Provided you don't delete your e-mail, you may have a copy of that receipt in your e-mail to help investigate your issue.

That's what I'm starting to see, but they don't want to help. For some reason it's not in my purchase history. They told me it's impossible to game share dlcs so i don't have access. I told them: 1) i have access to ALL Forsaken content except the quests. 2) I wasn't game sharing, but even if i was, we gamed together with no issues 3) we're currently sharing shadow keep with no problems... I definitely pre-ordered forsaken though because i was always afraid game sharing would mess things up. This is actually the second dlc that has disappeared from my purchase history with Microsoft though. The other was a fallout dlc two years ago which again was not game shared, we just started sharing last October. Thanks for trying to help though. I think I'm just done with Destiny, my son isn't having issues so I'm ok with that.

Keep in mind that when New Light launched last year alongside Shadowkeep nearly all Forsaken Annual Pass content became accessible by all players. You only need Forsaken to access the following: - Forsaken Story - Forsaken Exotics and Exotic Quests (Izanagi's Burden, Last Word, Le Monarque, Jotunn, etc) - Raids (Last Wish, Scourge of the Past, Crown of Sorrows) Everyone can do these things though, without any purchas required: - Black Armory Forges and Weapons - Gambit, Gambit Prime and Reckoning - Menagerie - Access Tangled Shore and Dreaming City - Certain exotic quests (Outbreak Perfected, Bad JuJu)

Yeah, but again. I didn't game share. If that was the issue my son and I would never have been able to game together when Forsaken dropped, plus I remember dropping the coin for two pre-orders and if we can share Shadow Keep without issue then even if i did game share Forsaken, then we shouldn't have issues right now. But that's just moot since i definitely purchased separate. I remember purchasing two copies, but cannot remember if i pre-ordered through the bungie website or Xbox store. It was available for pre-order for Xbox on their website before it hit the Xbox store. I wonder if there's a way to see game purchases through bungie.net because i know I've done this in the past.

No, because you didn't purchase from Bungie. You purchased through Microsoft or some other vendor that provided you with codes to redeem at Microsoft. Regardless, the issue you are having is with licenses and those are managed by Microsoft in your case.

I have access to ALL my forsaken gear and weapons. I have access to all locations of forsaken, just no quests. When i deleted the base dlc to reinstall it (i kept the extras) it just vanished and said i had to purchase it.
