I am still stuck on trying to offer a tribute for the tribute hall. I am able to buy bounty’s and get boons however when I turn them in I am not able to access the tribute hall. This is very frustrating because I really want to complete my quest for the bad juju. Any suggestions. I thought bungie would have fixed this by now.
