You're trapped with one of these aminils in the same room for 24 hours
Big room, like 15x15 meters/50x50 feet.
All of these aminils are wild, fully grown, in their best years, and have an empty stomach.
There are no objects in the room. There's no window. There's a lamp and electricity cables in the ceiling that you can't reach, not even if you climb on one of these aminils.
You have no tools, not even clothes, shoes, accessoires, nothing, you're naked. You're not vaccinated against anything.

After that, you just need to smash its skull into a wall/stomp on it enough to kill it. Edit: Maybe if you're extremely careful you could suffocate it, that might work better actually. Why did it apparently suddenly change into a python, by the by? That's a bit ridiculous.

The gorilla. The gorilla won’t kill you for kicks. And the snake is much faster than my reflexes so that’s a straight no. I would have said the tiger because I have a soft spot for Life Of Pi but I had to face the facts.

Malaria. It is curable and if you are healhy or vaccinated you might not even get it.
