Modifié par ohmygoshduh : 12/19/2019 1:51:04 PMThis is on the glassdoor website. It is a quote from a Bungie employee. He says he has been working at Bungie for 3 years in middle management. I separated the sentences out so that they have more impact. Advice to Management Avoid the same mistakes in terms of scaling too quickly in the future. !!!!!!!Keep making the hard calls to manage people out, cut bad features, etc.!!!!! !!!!!!!!Even if it's unpopular, if it's the right call, we'll all be thankful in the end.!!!!! Keep the ship stable over the next couple of years so we don't have to make another big organizational pivot. In regard to what you do, Thank you very much.

It is what a Bungie employee says about Bungie. That is all it is. It is straight forward. Take it or leave it. It is what the guy said.
