Bungie isn’t just changing those three, and they said there would be other changes to other abilities.
Please actually read the TWAB before making a post about it.

I did read the TWAB. If the update drops and Phoenix Dive is fixed and is the greatest thing ever then I'll eat my words, but considering bottom tree Dawn is arguably one of the weaker solar subclasses and yet wasn't mentioned [i]at all[/i] I have no regrets making this post. [spoiler]Remove yourself.[/spoiler]
