Same I even have a flawless run completed but perfect assult will just not finish for me, I hope this gets fixed soon.

Go to your collections and under badges on the right. You will see the undying stuff. You have to complete and get all that stuff also I found out, it's not just doing the triumphs.

Yeah but the one triumph should register since it came across screen and said I did it.
