I've been playing D2 since was launched for PC and played D1 for many years on my PS4. I never had any type of problem or any type of suspicious activity on my account. Last weekend my brother came to visit me and i left him playing on my account here on my PC. Guess it was in sunday, i tried to log in and my account was banned. Is it possible to know why? Is it possible to get any answer why i lost my account from nowhere after so many time? Im feeling so bad and angry, i put so much effort and spent so much time on my chars, i dont want to lose them. I will apreciate if a get any answer from Bungie.

Did you ask your bro if he downloaded any unapproved programs? Sounds like he did and got you banned.

Typically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, auto-fire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://twitter.com/Bungie/status/1179836392953675776 <- Most recent info bans and restrictions policy page *I am not a Bungie representative, just a player trying to give the answers that are available.

Looks like your “brother” owes you some money for a new account.

Guess you should’ve been keep an eye on what he was doing! Assuming your not just trying to be like most others and use a scapegoat for actions you personally did.
