Would like to talk to a bungie representative with regards to a recent ban due to connection and if getting new better WiFi could get the bank removed or re-evaluated
I have recently been banned due to connection and would like to know if changing Internet provider and getting a stronger connection would lead to my ban being lifted or re evaluated as I do not cheat I just struggle with my Internet from time to time and getting permanently banned for it felt unnecessary and I am incredibly upset about it as a long term destiny fan and player who just wants to be able to enjoy the game like everyone else

If you are banned it's permanent. You'd have to start over on a new acct.
