I just started the quest for the Lumina tonight (10/1/19). I picked up the letter from Shin which told me to use a calibration device and look for a chest in Shaft 13. I entered shaft 13, cleared out the area and then tried to look for the chest (which is supposed to be where you get Rose). It was nowhere to be found and when I checked my pursuits, the whole pursuit itself had disappeared. I tried going back to werner to see if I could pick it up again and it was nowhere to be found. I returned to the campsite where there had been a chest which contained the letter from Shin and that chest is gone. So now I am unable to get the Lumina and am unable to get the quest/ pursuit at all. What can I do???
