Very Frustrated after buying Forsaken on PC, I did a Cross Save from Xbox.
It appears I may have chosen the wrong primary account and all my characters are gone. Clearly my fault, because i chose the Battle.net account to be primary. I admit that I did that, but a 90 day ban to fix this is ridiculous.
All my characters are gone on Xbox as well, being told the only way to fix this is to deactivate my account for 90 days??????????????
if I go to deactivate, I can see my characters on Xbox, but I will lose the ability to cross save for 90 days. How do I fix this without the 90 Day Ban? 3 months is a long time to lag behind your clan.
I also want to state that trying to fix your problems through a Forum really blows. It appears that there is no way to get Bungie's attention. And random people reply to your post that have absolutely no clue what is going on, or cannot do anything about it.

This includes game licenses and any characters. - Cross-save enables you to use a single account save data to play on all platforms. This in effect overrides any character save data on the other platforms. So, no matter what characters you may have on PC, your Xbox character save data will be used on Battle.net (now) and on Steam (later). Your PC character data will be safe, saved in the background but inactive in favor of the cross-save characters. [EDIT] It seems you have activated your Bliz account as your main, instead of Xbox. 1 commentaireIf you read through the cross-save FAQ, you’ll see that the 90 day cooldown upon deactivating the feature is standard. It is also shown during the cross-save activation process. It’s unfortunate that you misunderstood which account to activate as primary, but they do clearly show you which account you’ve selected, and explain that it will make that account data the only one playable, before you confirm.
