Melting the boss and then fast traveling to load a new instance and melting the boss all over again is more beneficial to flashpoint than doing the heroic version once

As soon as a boss-based public event starts, do the standard version as fast as you can and then fast travel to the region you're currently in. The game will load a new instance, most likely one where the public event has yet to be completed, and then do it a second time. It gets a bunch of % very quickly
