Looks like Bungies solution to the problem is to sneak this into the cross save FAQ. Looks like those of us affected are SOL. Shame I was really looking forward to Shadowkeep but now the game is just gonna be completely removed from my system. Time to get this news onto gaming sites to help prevent the spread of this issue since bungie wont do it properly.
What actions can limit my use of Cross Save?
The following actions will impact a player’s ability to enable or disable Cross Save:
- Players who disable Cross Save cannot re-enable Cross Save until 90 days after it was disabled
- Players who purchase Silver cannot disable Cross Save until 90 days after the Silver was purchased
- Players who perform a refund for purchased Silver cannot activate Cross Save until that Silver is re-purchased for that account
- Players subject to a ban or restriction cannot activate Cross Save, or disable Cross Save if already active, until that ban or restriction has expired

Modifié par B2Stealthtech : 8/23/2019 12:20:48 AMThe least they could of done for us is apologize, but it looks like we’re not even getting that.
-
pretty much... they could at least shorten the waiting period or something but no they're just gonna update their FAQ after everyone got -blam!-. im genuinely pissed off cause D2 was the only game i played.
-
I’m enraged
-
Sorry to hear that it truly does suck for those who only played D2 that get hit by this.
-
That is complete BS. YES LETS ADD IT TO THE FAQ AFTER THOUSANDS OR GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PLAYERS WERE UNAWARE OF THIS AND NOW SCREWED. I hope they lose money off of shadowkeep from this if this is the final solution for them. Incomprehensible how shady and unprofessional this is. If they implement no fix on our locked accounts.

I just contacted Gamespot and Kotaku over this hopefully someone with a journalistic background can look into this and really put the flame under Bungie for this.
-
That would be absolutely fantastic! Thank you for your work my friend

No problem here are Gamespot and Kotakus email addresses, if you have any other gaming news emails post them an encourage others to contact them it’s the only way at this point to get this addressed. tips@kotaku.com news@gamespot.com
