Was wondering if anybody knows how an account ban affects guardians on other platforms. I fully admit, when I moved from ps4 to pc I used cheats to try to speed up the re-grinding process. It was wrong and I take full consequences for my actions. However. With Destiny 2 new light and cross-save coming, I was wondering if my battle.net d2 ban would have an effect if I wanted to transfer over my ps4 character. Would I be able to play with my ps4 character if I rebought the game on steam and transferred it over? I'm wondering because this Bungie account has my ps4 and pc character linked already. It would be really nice if I was able to rebuy and transfer guardians to play legitimately! **edit: Wanted to add that I was banned permanently sometime in May. Heard about new light and wanted to be a good noodle. Haven't logged into ps4 to even check if there's a ban since I haven't had a ps4 since February.
