I mean in PvE. I don’t even know if spare Rations can get rampage, it definitely can’t get Outlaw.

Spare Rations can get Rapid Hit and either Rampage, Kill Clip, or Multi-kill Clip in the last slot for PvE. I believe it's the only Hand Cannon that can get Multi-kill Clip right now.
